    Here’s the report:

    http://download1.legis.state.ak.us/DOWNLOAD.pdf

It’s 200 pages long. Have fun! Apparently on Page 97, Appendix B, there’s a little ‘fun’ according to someone in on the meeting.

  2. kayinmaine said

Nope. False alarm. Page 97, Appendix B isn’t the little ‘fun’ we were hoping. LOL

  3. Grant in Texas said

Even though it was a bi-partisan review, watch the reich call it a LIBRUL witch-hunt. This says a lot about McCain’s judgment to select her in the first place.

  4. kayinmaine said

    Talk about abusing their powers!

    http://blogs.cqpolitics.com/spytalk/2008/10/shocker-pentagon-secret-budget.html

It never ends with the right wingers. They hate America so much they just want our country to fail for their own benefit!

Exactly Grant. SHE WAS NOT VETTED AND WAS CHOSEN BASICALLY FOR HER BOOB SIZE AND LEGS. That’s it! McCain will probably pick Romney or Lieberman to be his VP now, though, it’s possible he will pick Huckabee. Or none of them! Who knows. Who cares. The republic party is dead to me and many Americans.

Oops the Troopergate report seems to say Sarah Palin BROKE STATE LAW.

Where, OH where is JFH and his BIG PLATE of CROW.,

and son, don’t say it is partisan cause the vote to release the report was 10 republican members and 4 democratic members, so a all of the of republicans on the committee voted to release the report … she just might have a bigger problem then losing the VP office but her criminal misuse of her governors office …..

BTW JFH how do you take your crow?

    Raw of well done?

  6. clif said

The report says she LIED when she said she didn’t fire Walter Monegan for not doing her family’s bidding.

    SHE LIED to the Alaskan people;

She lied to the American people.

    She lied ….

Enough reason NOT to vote for her if lying about a blow job was enough to get the Clenis impeached.

We now KNOW we can’t trust a word out of her mouth.

  7. kayinmaine said

She’s a big fat liar who abuses her powers while using her sexuality to incite violence & hate against Barack Obama! I hate her.

  8. clif said

    One question Kay,

Is it too early for Bush to pardon her?

  9. kayinmaine said

No. He can pardon her I believe. He’ll probably do it minutes before he leaves office, because if he did it now, well….AMERICANS WOULD BE BULLSHIT!

Who knows what the asshole will end up doing. Bush is so hated and despised right now that anything he does will be unwelcome.

  10. kayinmaine said

The whole republic party is guilty of fascism. Can he pardon all of them? Oh probably. Spit.

    What next? Bristol miscarries?

The bets are on Palin will withdraw from the campaign:

  13. kayinmaine said

LOL Grant! Hey, could be. Now that Trig’s Grammy might be out of the race and could be facing impeachment for abusing her powers as Governor, well, don’t need the pregnancy now!😆 😆 😆

  14. kayinmaine said

    UPDATE:

And Page 97 of the report IS ABOUT HOW TODD PALIN WAS IN ON MEETINGS AND WAS IN POSSESSION OF THE GOVERNOR’S PAPERS.

He is NOT supposed to even get a confidential email or even know what the Governor is doing in her day to day business, but yet, he put on a business suit and showed up as if he was the Governor. What the hell! Just because he’s the husband of the Governor, does not mean he has the right to have access to this stuff.

George Bush paved the way in the last 8 years. He has allowed an “anything goes!” mentality when it comes to following proper procedures. Nothing has run right in the last 8 years and now we know this attitude spread to Alaska.

  15. Grant in Texas said

But remember in Palin’s fundie pentecostal faith, the MAN rules, makes the decisions.

  16. Carl Nemo said

Based on the report etc. it seems to me that Palin is ***** V.P. material by “rethuglican” standards…no?!

The one’s we’ve got now at the helm of state are compulsive liars, as so is John McCain so why not seek out Sarah Palin for the V.P. slot? They have no kinship with honesty and integrity at any level.

If people are foolish enough to elect McCain/Palin then they best get ready to move to Camp Haliburton sometime during the next four years. These people; ie., the Bushistas, McCain/Palin and other rethuglicans hate America and also hate most Americans at least one’s that won’t knuckle under to their criminal scheme’s and embrace wacked out Christian “fundie” beliefs which I doubt they believe either, but use for political expediency.

As far as our leadership is concerned this country has truly become the “Empire of the Rising Scum”…!

  17. kayinmaine said

Ooooo, that’s right Grant. Well, I guess we should be glad Sarah will be out of the picture, because if she got into the White House and Todd was left in charge of making her decisions for her (he’d have to because all she has in her head is a mouse running on a wheel), our nation would continue to go down the tubes.

  18. kayinmaine said

Exactly Carl! “Empire of the Rising Scum” is where we are today and the Pigs wonder why the whole world wants them to fly away! Gawd. The Bush Crime Family & their Mafia Friends across America have been in charge and look where we are today? We’re a Banana Republic! (Paul Krugman says we are a “Banana Republic with nukes”. Even scarier to think about!).

  19. Grant in Texas said

I wonder how Fox News is spinning this? I just ate so cannot go over there.

  20. kayinmaine said

LOL Grant. I’m gonna get ya a puke bucket just in case you take a peek. 😆

Ummmm…we were just discussing this on FDL and I noted that Fixed News was not talking about it, but someone pointed out it’s the top story on their website………RIGHT ABOVE THE OBAMA/AYERS article. Nice, huh? I wonder what the wingnuts will think of that!!!!!

We also assumed the wingnuts will report this as a ‘misuse of power’ rather than an ‘abuse of power’, which it clearly is. It’s an impeachable offense because she broke the law while in office. Oh goody!

I’m gonna sleep well tonight I can tell.😉

  21. kayinmaine said

Uh oh, Grant pointed this out a few weeks ago, but here is the proof…

Andrew Sullivan has linked to the Mat-Su Regional Hospital where Sarah Palin said her son Trig was born on April 18 at 6:30am:

    http://andrewsullivan.theatlantic.com/the_daily_dish/2008/10/births-at-mat-s.html

But when you look at April 18th, there is no record of Trig Palin and when you click on ‘view’, he’s still not there!…

    http://www.matsuregional.com/nursery/nursery_calendar.php?month=4&year=2008

Grant, I think you’re right! The ‘fat’ we see on Bristol today is the weight she gained from the Trig pregnancy and will now probably suffer a miscarriage because of all ‘the stress her Mother is going through’. Spit.

Okay, on that note, I’m going to bed! Again, I’m gonna sleep good. LOL

  22. Grant in Texas said

Palin says this is only a partisan Obama trick.

  23. kayinmaine said

    Uh ha, I see. LOL

  24. Chris from Maine said

    of course she did.

Shes the worst kind of idiot.. one with power.

Thank God Sarah Palin was found guilty…I am so thrilled…she has been such a jumped up little guttersnipe with a caustic mouth.
Lets hope she will shut her big mouth….she is the last person to be talking about anyone else now!!!!
Sarah Palin has been so cunning, running her mouth and now finally she has got her just deserts….that has made my weekend.

    What next? Bristol miscarries?
    “““““““““““““““““““
Sarah will probably punch her hard in the stomach repeatedly while screaming “I’m too young and beautiful to be a grandmother!”

Notice how the reich are already planting the seed to their supporters that the elections were stolen. Funny how they are suddenly concerned about election fraud after the last two presidential elections. Obama is ahead by 7-11 points in many polls, the writing is on the wall so now the GOP will use a scorched earth policy to totally divide this country like never before.

look at this way WNI, when you have all these links to the report, you can make sure that they in turn get propagated further into ‘all-net’!

Oops the Troopergate report seems to say Sarah Palin BROKE STATE LAW.

Where, OH where is JFH and his BIG PLATE of CROW.,

I’m not ready to fold my cards just yet. Yes, Finding 1 claims that she violated state law, but the specific section cited is so gray it would never hold up in a public trial:

“The legislature reaffirms that each public officer holds office as a public trust, and any effort to benefit a personal or financial interest through official action is a violation of that trust.”

PERSONAL INTEREST?! Hell, every in the country politician would be guilty if this law was treated as broadly as the author of the report treats it.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, Finding 2 seems to trump Finding 1:

“I find that, although Walt Monegan’s refusal to fire Trooper Michael Wooten was not the sole reason he was fired by Governor Sarah Palin, it was likely a contributing factor to his termination as Commissioner of Public Safety. In spite of that, Governor Palin’s firing of Commissioner Monegan was a proper and lawful exercise of her constitutional and statutory authority to hire and fire executive branch department heads.”

  31. kayinmaine said

Sarah allowed her husband Todd to use the Governor’s office for corruption practices. Let’s hope she’s impeached and Todd goes to jail! Bah hahahahaha! Oh gawd. That would be something and what a great reflection of where the republic Party is today!

  32. kayinmaine said

Alaskans can’t trust her and when they call the Governor’s office to tell her that, they get transferred to the fascist Pigs of McCain’s campaign! Nice. What a nice Mafia Family the Palins and the McCains are.

  33. clif said

JFH you’re so full of SHIiTe that it is spilling all over your posts.

You claimed that the investigation was over, and going nowhere.

The investigation continued, and & of the people subpoenaed did testify even if all of what they had to say wasn’t included in the report because they stonewalled so long.

The report has been released, and it says SHE BROKE THE LAW by hounding people to fire her ex brother-in-law, or used her office to attack a state employee for personal reasons.

    Obviously YOU were wrong.

Now about that plate of crow,

    raw or well done?

  34. kayinmaine said

*cooking crow for Clif to take to JFH*

  35. kayinmaine said

Hey Clif, remember CDS who used to come here to spew his right wing talking points? I wonder if “CDS” stood for “credit default swap”? Wouldn’t surprise me! Considering most of the trolls who come here are from the oil industry, so why not a few of them come from Bush & Cheney’s Shadow Economy?

Seems Sarah Palin has been telling a LIE about not bothering with lobbyists.

“According to her calendar, however, Palin has met with more than a dozen registered lobbyists since taking office in December 2006.”

Her office not only seemed to welcome them, but also big business interests, too. However, she rarely would meet with folks from the conservation movements nor labor union leaders even though she has bragged about Todd being a “union man”!

Hockey “Moms and Dads” boo Sarah Palin today when she was asked to “drop the puck” at a Philadelphia Flyers hockey game:

    http://www.eandppub.com/2008/10/hockey-mom-pali.html

Flyers Chairman Ed Snider has donated $25000 to the McCain campaign and the Republican National Committee this year. Many Philly Flyers fans weren’t so happy that he used an arena mostly paid for by Philadelphia taxpayers to put on this partisan photo op.

  38. Grant in Texas said

Christopher Buckley, son of the late William F. Buckley, Jr., the
godfather of modern conservatism, is ENDORSING Sen. Barack Obama for
    president.

“This campaign has changed John McCain. It has made him inauthentic. A once-first class temperament has become irascible and snarly; his positions change, and lack coherence; he makes unrealistic promises, such as balancing the federal budget ‘by the end of my first term.’ Who, really, believes that? Then there was the self-dramatizing and feckless suspension of his campaign over the financial crisis. His ninth-inning attack ads are mean-spirited and pointless. And finally, not to belabor it, there was the Palin nomination. What on earth can he have been thinking?
